- Nettoyer à l’aide d’une éponge et d’un liquide vaisselle neutre et essuyer aussitôt avec un chiffon sec. Ne pas laisser tremper.
- Ne pas mettre dans le lave-vaisselle.
- Huiler soigneusement de temps en temps avec un chiffon doux avec de l’huile de colza ou d’arachide ou de lin pour nourrir le bois et prolonger sa durée de vie.
