With our partner DHL / UPS, orders placed before 11 am are generally delivered to the customer the following day; for orders placed during the day, they will be delivered to the customer in 2 days.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered to the customer on Tuesday.

These deadlines are met in 90% of cases but may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances , including extreme weather conditions, strikes, and public holidays.

Items from the same order are, in principle, delivered in a single shipment except in the event of special problems (unavailability of an item for example).

Limitation of liability:
The stated delivery times are not contractual and any delay in the delivery of the package does not entitle the customer to compensation from Fouta Tunisie.
In the event of a return of the package due to the absence of the customer, a problem with the shipping address or an inability to receive the package, the reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.


Control of the order:
Upon receipt of the package, it is the customer's responsibility to check the delivered items (quality, quantity, conformity with the order, etc.).
No claims will be accepted after the 15-day period from the date of receipt of the items. A justified claim made within this period will entitle the customer to an exchange or refund of the product, without any other compensation.
